"A co-op would give us the stability we need to actually make our house work for us as disabled people. My friends and I constantly struggle to have changes made to our properties as they are not "repairs" nor are they large enough modifications for the council to fund but when you are dealing with disabilities and illnesses these small changes to quality of life make all the difference."
